In April, I found there was a bug in this script where player can still collect red coins even they have disappeared. I fixed this bug upon finding it. But I didn't upload the fixed script here on time, I am sorry if I bring any inconvenience to you.

As the gif shows, this is a NSMB Red Coins Collection System script. User don't need any extra layer, event or even external variable, just set the name of NPC, and you can use this script at ease!
Usage of this script

- Set Red Ring's name to decide bonus power-up player will get after collecting 8 red coins. If player is in normal status, super status or mini status, player will get bonus which is decided. If player is in other status, player will get a 1UP Mushroom.

Set Red Coins' name to "Red Coin" to make them collectable in a setting time after touching the Red Ring.
User can set these bonuses' size, frame and NPC id at the beginning of the script.
User can also edit the GFX of npc-70 to edit the appearance of these bonuses. (Of course, you need to edit the GFX of corresponding NPCs as well.)
The corresponding type of bonus that is decided by the name of Red Ring are as follows:- Spoiler
