Hi! I made something from an old Japanese SMW hack:

Elite Koopas!

Yeah! I remade them in SMBX38A! If you are not too familar with them, you can see these screenshots:

The green one has simple movesets: Walking forth and occasional jumping. You can defeat it by jumping on it with 3 hits.

The red one is rather tough, though it walks slow, but it will throw fireballs at you!

The blue one is a hot temper like its naked varient, it will toss shell to you! But it would also become naked koopa.

And the... Yellow one! The most tough to defeat of the quartet! It can chase you by turing to ranbow shells, and can also shoot fireballs!

And dont forget... We already had Parakoopas, why not have Elite Parakoopas?
Here you go:

Green one will chase you vertically, and after some times, it will dash to you!

Red one will chase above you and throw fireballs!

Blue one acts like green one, expect they will chase you!

And the yellow one! Unlike the other, it will fall from the sky, perform a high jump and throw fireballs at you!

That's a really good script, I especially like how you added Elite Parakoopas. I have a suggestion: Is it possible to make Elite Parakoopas throw fireballs like Firebro? The fireballs will jump like player fireballs.

It doesnt do so in original hack though, it does like in that script originally.

Just find the NCreate which contains ID 246, and changes its number 9 to 10

It worked thanks, are there any more numbers I can add that makes the fireball act different? Like for example act like piranha plant fireball?

Also the yellow koopa hides in its shell immediately after throwing fireballs which makes it almost impossible to beat, it isn't like that in your gif example.

It's weird, it doesnt happen on me, after I checked
If Fireball advset is 0, it will chase the player
