NPC-80 has the P-Switch Death effect. It seems this is the only NPC-Block with this glitch. The rest don't have a death effect, or have their correct death effect.
It seems that while you are sliding on a blue shell, if you hit any NPC block, you will get stuck. You can still jump or stop sliding, but you won't bounce off.
