I've been following the boards for some years but I finally decided to register. Also, I wanted to know why I can't update my avatar at the moment? Is it a new member problem thing like I need to post 10 posts and stuff like that?

So, once I approved your this (and your second) post, you shouldn't have any future troubles
You need at least one post being approved, then you will have full rights, the pre-moderation is set on a first post.
