No, only a first post must be approved. Since first your post was approved, you'll be able to write freely. 
When you posting anything before your first post will be approved, everything will require aprovement also.

Pre-moderation was added because spam-humans are became: they are worse than spam bots, they are passin captchas and posting random crap.
