Can you modify power ups propeties?

Hello!
Is there is a way to modify the existing power ups?
For example, i want to edit Lakuti's shoe, making it immune to fire like Podoboo's shoe. Theoretically if i could copy Podoboo's shoe fire resistance propeties and paste it to the Lakuti's shoe that's might work.
But i don't know where to find their propeties and is it actually possible to edit them or not.
