It's not possible to undo upreps and downreps as of now. Can this please be fixed? I was too quick giving a downrep.

You have a timeout to undo your down/up-rep, and, after it, you'll be not able to undo. To undo please give opposite rate. The default timeout is 5 minutes. Okay, I'll set up the timeout in 2 hours. Please try out. Quickly!

Loyalty points are reputation points you gave yourself. If you downreping posts, you'll have negative loyalty, otherwise, if you upreping posts, you'll have positive. They are showing are you lover or hater .

Yes, here is a timeout after which it's will be impossible to change the rate. It was 5 minutes, however, recently I have changed it to 2 hours. For emergency cases, I would to remove rate manually through hacky way via database. (as example, when some jerk became to hate everyone, so, I have caught him to his tail, and punished, then, I have removed all his negative rates).
