Okay, seems some imperfection on permissions side or my missing. Tell me your new nick to let me apply it (while I clicking ability enable username changing)

Added after 5 minutes 43 seconds:
EDIT: try again, I have been found a group had no permission to edit username which I have been fixed. ;-)
