This issue still hasn't been resolved yet & getting any decent on the SMBX forums seems to be impossible. How do I setup a star (layer) to appear after all the star coins in a level are collected?

Of course I'm testing. I haven't collected the star yet because it won't appear like it's supposed to. Like I said before, it only appears if I collect all 5 star coins in 1 try without dying & restarting at a checkpoint. But if I die at least once & I've collected at least 1 or more before ...

That IS the exported image. I just took a screenshot afterward to show the settings I used but that image was opened in MS Paint with the options pasted on to show what I selected. The 'hide invisible blocks' option doesn't seem to apply to those new invisible blocks.

I went & exported a section from my current level to an image & I checked off all the options to hide all the 'editor only' images but the new invisible solid block still shows up even though I set it to hide that:

I just realized something else. The background2 image is in png format instead of gif. Could that be part of the problem? Because apparently a bug with having background2 images (and I think a certain type of World Map graphic too) being png instead of gif causes problems.

I'm making my series of Toad Houses for all my worlds but hit a roadblock with my W9 Toad House. For some reason, the 2nd section (Section 1) won't load when I try to enter the door. The music for that section loads but the screen remains black & eventually the game crashes with no proper error ...

The __crashsave folder is empty. The file name for my level had random characters added to it but I changed it back, but it didn't do any good. The file is corrupt & won't open in PGE. How can it be repaired? Did you keep your old copy of the level? Which had a normal name. Okay, you HAVE to re...
