h2643 is a user in PGE forum. In its first days of existence, he was hired for an admin position and so he became a first administrator in PGE forum. h2643 usually works with graphics and some other weird stuff too.
His contribution to the PGE Project was his NPC research (examples: dummy NPCs and: hidden NPCs), and also a ukrainian translation of PGE Editor (which will probably never be finished...).
