Disambiguation template
When to use
If an article's name is "ambiguous", then this template should be used. This can be when the title can mean different things, if there are multiple versions etc.
How to use
"about" refers to what the article is about. Give a short and concise description.
"name" refers to the name of the relevant disambiguation page (e.g. "SMBX (Disambiguation)"). When writing the name, use the code for automatic linking to a page within this wiki. (It looks like this: [[Pagename]] "Pagename" is the title of the page you want to link to.)
