That is funny. But it's not really relevant for the current version of NSMBX. It may be brought up in an article about SMB:R if one wishes to create it. In that case, these forum threads may be interesting too: [1] [2] [3]

SMB:R has a subsection in the History of SMBX article. You could add the information there. I added a link in the History section for people who want to know more. However, NSMBX by Core and SMB:R are two different things. The details of the latter should not be expanded in an article about the former. Olhi (talk) 02:59, 21 June 2020 (MSK)

Then, the best thing to do (like you say) is change the article name to "NSMBX by Core" (Because NSMBX (by Core) isn't NSMBX (by Marco) and Core Version is Unofficial) and Make the another SMB:R article +KZ (talk) 03:30, 21 June 2020 (MSK)

First, in a Wiki Talk discussion with two participators, two consecutive comments do not belong in the same row. You may go back a few rows when the space becomes too narrow. See: Wikipedia:Indentation. Second, once there is an article for SMB:R, we can add a clarification at the top of the NSMBX article like "This article is about NSMBX developed by Core.
