How Do I Make THe Character Start The Level Getting Out Of The Pipe?

That is possible from the world map: put the level entrance point that is attached to your level, and choose the number of warp entry that contains your entrance pipe. Or, alternatively, you can enter this level from another level, but, at the level where you exiting, please specify the destinition warp entry number where is your entrance pipe on your level.

P.S. It's off-top, I'll split this up and will move into "Troubleshooting".

Looks like it's correct, and you should test the result by episode running (will work even on PGE Engine if you want a quick test) to be sure it will work

P.S. Upload of files is easy here:
[*] open the full editor
[*] drag & drop any file you want into the editing window, it will appear in the bottom list
[*] Choose your file you have uploaded and "insert into the message", then, align file reference in the place you needed
[*] Voila!
