1 - You import a Image of you Tileset - all tiles need to be in 32X32
2 - When you import, you edit it on Tileset Editor and fix
3 - On tileset tab, on MiscTiles creates a new tab , User Tileset

Summary : Like Game Maker 8, You import you .PNG tileset image...
