[1.4.5] Rainbow hue on Starman Mario

Hello world ('been a long time since I last posted, I know).
Today I'm bringing you a script that gives Mario a Rainbow coloring when using an Invincibility Star.

With this script, Starman Mario will rapidly change colors, like you would see in SMG among other titles. I tried to keep the code as straightforward as I could while making it compatible with two-player gameplay. You can adjust the speed at which Starman Mario will change colors by modifying the value of the speed variable (the higher the value, the faster Mario will cycle through different colors).

It works for all of them, I double-checked that.
