how to make hit trigger?

i need a hit trigger for npc
TOUCH OR DEATH TRIGGER WON'T WORK
please help

Report the problem on the "Bug reports" channel and make the post as detailed as possible, the more detailed, the greater the chance of being fixed in the future (If you don't know how to do it, just read the "Bug Reporting Guidelines" found here.

i don't think bug report will help this script problem

As I understand it, the Death and Hit events don't work, right?
