you can do that with an event: just do oneautostart that will trigger an other
for example, if your timer is 1 minute and you whant the sound to be when the player only had 15 second:
time: 45 second
trigger event 2
play x sound

Make an event, call it whatever you want,
For said event make it play a sound, idk how to use mp3 sounds
In the level - start event, make it trigger the other event and set the time (If the timer is 300 secs, trigger the event in 200 secs)
Then it should work
