i start up the program and see those 2 errors does someone know a way on how to fix this?

PGE components are not using MSVC's dlls, there are built on MinGW which uses own independent runtime implementation, therefore it must work fine even without it. Mayby you have error with LunaLUA? So, I'll move this question into RIGHT thread.
You need to install MSVC runtime (installer is included vcredist_x86.exe)
