Item Properties window can't be docked

I just got the newest build and the Item Properties window can't be docked to the side of the window anymore. I checked and all the other windows work normally.

I just got the newest build and the Item Properties window can't be docked to the side of the window anymore. I checked and all the other windows work normally.

Now this box is non-dockable, I disabled able to dock them because this is a special box which need by special request: you switched placing mode, you called properties box by context menu, etc.
