While I was replacing the icons with the customs I've made. I found these bugs:
1. This is quite a big one. The zoom_reset, zoom_in and zoom_out icons remain as the default zoom icons, and the custom ones for some reason, although named correctly to the line fill buttons. Replacing the line-fill buttons does nothing however.

2. The Water Lock Button cannot be customized and it remains the default icons even when a custom icon has been used.

Ouch! :comando:

1) My mistakes: I was stored zoom icons into "edit place" slots  I.e. instead of zoom buttons you customize the square_fill, line_tool and overwrite_mode

2) the water locks is a "physenv-free" and "physenv-locked", I.e. "Physical Environment"

Alrighty then, I'll download the fix and keep going. Thanks Wohlstand. ;-)

Added after 17 hours 48 minutes:
Sorry for the unlock, however, although the zoom and square fill buttons now work correctly, the water lock still refuses to use the customized icons. I have tried setting the names of the lock icons to both
- lock_water_cl
- lock_water_op

and also
- physenv-free
- physenv-locked

I've checked to make sure both correspond with the theme config file and they match, but the icon still won't change.

Also, I now only have to make the World Map lock icons and the 21 section icons and the theme will be finished.

I was checked: but in the theme.ini file: I was wrote "physenv-free=locked/lock_water_op.png" and "physenv-locked=locked/lock_water_cl.png" lines.
The mstake is stupid and simple: written "image was plased in the "locked" folder, but physically it placed in the 'locks'. " To fix - change this path to correct and it will work (I just tested)

No problem, it's fixed and working. I'll have the Theme Pack finished tonight.
