"Reload Configurations" button doesn't seem to be working

I changed the config for an NPC, and pressed the "Reload Configurations" button, but it had no effect. After I closed and re-opened the program, it worked just fine.

maybe when you press reload configuration but your active window is not Npc editor, you select some level. editor reload active window. or you make new npc file and dont save him.

Hi, when you reload global configuration, you should also reload opened files, because your opened files have a config cache which need reset by reopening.
