[BUG] More than 2 fireballs at the same time!

In Mario games, when you shoot fireballs from a Fire Flower, only 2 should be active at the same time, once one goes away by defeating an enemy, hitting a wall, or staying active for 2-3 seconds, only then can you shoot another fireball!

The engine is still not finished. There is still a long way until the engine is complete. The engine still needs a lot of work until the physics, NPC AI, and everything works as it should and Wohlstand needs time to implement all of that. It is better to report bugs of the editor since it is more complete than the engine.
