[BUG] Killing enemies and collecting coins don't give you points!

I'm trying to contribute to this project as much as I can! :D

I've found what I think is a bug! Whenever you defeat an enemy or collect a coin, you don't receive any points! The number shows up when you collect a coin from a '?' block, but I actually get nothing from it!

Point counter wasn't completely implemented yet, sorry, but I near to implement that, so, wait next update
I also need to allow right-aligned text printing which needed for point/coin counters, and for many other things too
