Way back in 2017 I started on a quest to improve GNU Unifont, and after 6 years of work, I am proud to present UnifontEX, which is a heavy fork of GNU Unifont that is intended to increase compatibility as much as possible. It can be found at http://stgiga.github.io/UnifontEX
