By doing this, you needn't use teascript.
You can try to use events and layers.

Well, i think first step is... Removing hud.
That pretty easy to do. just need to copy this script

- call hudset("initialize",0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,-1)
'!!!!!!!!!!bitmap source = "scflash.png"!!!!!!!!!!
'bitmap,id,sourcex,sourcey,width,height,destx,desty,advset,-1
and use it in event "level - start"
