Is there a way to speed up the music if the time is below 100 seconds?

my way's a little long but simple:
use a sound editor software(i suggest audacity since it's easy to use and free)
spee up the music in the software then save it in a new file

create an event that will be triggered when you'll be at 100 seconds left
this event will change the music with the new one
