I want a script to change some hardcordets

I know some of you are really good at scripting in SMBX 38A.
So I want to ask:
Is there a way to change the following hardcordets (like the HUD):
-The screen arround the world map
-The letters
-The letterbox

There are many custom huds for you out there

-The letterbox

You'll have to get a hardcode for that, though, i dunno if 1.4.4 takes it...

You can't change the hardcoded graphics in smbx 38A , not even with scripts.
