Shooting Fire balls

Hey, guys! Do you know how to add a code which shoots fire balls similar to a Fire Bro. (AKA, Fire Brother).

This require .facing and a distance limit.

I don't even know how to delay the shooting process, unless I look further to the packs I've downloaded.

If it involves the case code, I haven't mastered it yet.
