[Help] Make a NPC attach other through scripts

I'm making a script that if the NPC has advset = 1 then the NPC will attach to NPC 45, but if isn't, it will self-eliminate, can anyone please help me? I don't understand which code I should exactly to do this. :/

I'll give you two options taking the enemy of Smb2 Albatoss as an example (anyone who wants to do this can use this topic as an help). The Albatoss holds a bomb and when he is at a certain position the player throws him and we do not see him with her anymore. You can:
1) Make in npc graphics two ways: with the bomb and without the bomb and configure the actions involving the frames so that after he drops the bomb he takes another animation.
2) You can set the position of the bomb to be under the Albatoss using .X (or.Y depending on npc)
I'm not sure but after reading you're trying to do the Buster Beetle. I did not understand the auto eliminate part.
EDIT:Is it something like that? That is npc - 45 and it follows the Beat movement.

Yes, I'm fixing the Buster Beetle I need an additional NPC that make the blocks the NPC shoots unfriendly, I will take a look to your script!
