Help with Cape Feather Power-up

Hey guys! I'm making Cape Feather Power-up for Mario and Luigi (I will make luigi one soon, and i don't sure what i will make Cape Feather for Toad and Peach. When Link uses Cape Feather, he become Fairy Link, better. right?) i have finally done that Cape Mario (not SMW ones).

I will make Cape Gliding Script (I don't know scripts, but it time to try), but it possible to create an new animation? (i don't talking about PGE Calibrator, but, sure, via TeaScript and SMBX myself) If yes, i finally done Cape Gliding Script with new animation added, if no. It okay, i will make Cape Gliding Script with Cape Flying Animation like who did in Bootleg NES Super Mario World.

P.S: Sorry for white gloves, it takes forever transform that gloves into Super Mario All-Stars styled Gloves.

P.S.S: I know what Cape Mario size is too ugly, that because MS Paint can't scale better.

P.S.S.S: I will not send that Power-up when help is resolved

Sadly Hugo's channel is dead because of his hard disk. And renamed his channel to "Cancelled Channel, My Hard Disk is DEAD. Sorry men". Such a shame..

If Hugo's Channel is dead, maybe you make a Cape Feather script silmar to Cape Feather Script Video from Hugo! And can i create new animation without using Layers?
