Super Mario Bros. 1/Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels Hud

Hi there, I would like to know how to create a hud in SMBX which looks like the hud in Super Mario Bros. 1 (SMB1) and/or Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels (SMBLL) in Super Mario All Stars (SMAS), which looks like this below on an image:

This hud will be used only for Mario and Luigi just like in Super Mario Bros. 1 and/or Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. I would like to use this hud for SMB1 styled levels in SMBX 1.4. The world in this hud contains a dash sign and it will have numbers for the level (for example: World 1-1 or World 10-1). The time in this hud will have 0 to 999 as the time limit. Could anybody give me a tutorial or a tutorial video on how to make the SMB1/SMBLL hud for SMBX?

Hey Catskart, about your SMB1 hud for SMBX, how do I put the seconds in for the timer in the SMB1 hud in SMBX? Please respond.
