[NPC] Settings for Twister and Poison Mushroom

1# - Allow the air stream of the Twister (NPC-354) to be modified, both vertically and horizontally.
• Less than zero: Default
• Greater than zero: Size of the air stream.
If possible, it is close to modifying the air flow through the .ival :>

2# - Allow the Poison Mushroom (NPC-153) to chase the player. As in Super Mario Maker 2.
