[38A] - Ability to disable the floating jump Peach

The Suggestion is quite simple.
Create the possibility to disable / activate the floating jump of Peach, or, allow the floating jump to have a customized duration.
Example 1:
Char(X).pflytimer: Peach's floating jump time.
• -1 = Default configuration.
• 0 = Disable the Floating Jump.
• Numbers greater than zero will be the duration of the floating jump.


Example 2:
Sysval(disablejmpfloating): Reading & Writing - Disable Floating Jump.
