Keyboard shortcuts (Overlap and 16x16 Grid)

I have got two suggestions for accessing to 16x16 grid and Overlap faster.
1. Switching into 16x16 grid when "ctrl" key is being pressed. (32x32 being unpressed and 16x16 being pressed.)
2. Overlapping an object when you quickly double-click when placing it.
Since Editor Settings has been moved to "View", I think we really need a faster way to access to 1hese functions since they are commonly used.
Currently you have to deselect whenever you had selected, go to View > Editor Settings > 16x16 grid or overlap to place an object, and just after you placed them, you will likely want to uncheck these options. That's why I thought it would be a nice touch having shortcuts for them!
(I was thinking on suggesting a small buttom next to "Liquids" that has the options to disable auto-align, 16x16 grid and Overlap, but I couldn't came to anything that fits the current UI.)
