Can use GIF npcs.

I have a new idea that will help us a lot.
I want that 54A38A38A make able to use GIFs as npcs, blocks, effects, etc.

PNGs are much better than GIFs. Why would you want that?

Personally, I prefer to use PNG/non-animated GIF though because I don't think animated GIF will work.
Plus the NPC configure is still a thing so it's impossible to use it with an animated GIF
