Add gfx expansion to Backgrounds!

Almost everything now can have gfx expansion expect Backgrounds(dont confuse them for bgos).
It will be great to have gfx expansion where we can resize backgrounds , add frames and have different set of background on one!
This will improve creativity and add alot of cool things that we want!

Excellent suggestion! And maybe even backgrounds with more frames, so the creativity won't be limited anymore!

I will be glitchy if we make a graphic expansion for the Backgrounds, because they are not something that we move and paste onscreen so that we can make more than one set in it. It will be more like "Background Settings" in which you can edit the frames, resize it, edit the layers for parralax and add wave effect!
