Support .minigsf, .mini2sf, .psf, .s98...these music format files.
And .nsf music can make better, support VRC7, MMC5, FDS the three expansion chips. Current sdl2mixer.dll does not support them yet, and it couldn't play noise sound of SN5B, so I hope you can make it better to support them.
