Try going into the graphic folder and look for block-183. The block looks like a flat SMB3 dessert block. I tried looking for it in the editor and it is not there. Then I realized that there is a block swap in the "advanced" section in the level settings. I placed block-1 in the level and swapped them for block-183. Then they appeared. I clicked on the but the game crashed with the message "Element 138 does not exist". The block is also present in SMBX 2.0 and it also does not exist, but it does not crash the game. Maybe it could be added to the level editor and be used as a regular block since it is just a dummy block.
