Level Editor Scroll Crash

To reproduce, follow these steps:
- Open the Level Editor
- Press Shift, F11, the left arrow key and the up arrow key at the same time (default hotkeys)
- SMBX should crash with run-time error 521: Can't open Clipboard

Edit (6th July 2020): I've found that holding F11, then moving the cursor quickly too much results in the same crash.
