1 # - Occurs when the character X becomes npc-254 and then changes to the character Y. If the character Y returns to the character X, the graphics of the NPC-254 will be wrong (along with the hitbox).

2# - Occurs when the character is in Mega form (char(x).ItemSlot = -5).
This happens at different times, but always shortly after you are in that form. When it happens, the character is unable to jump, until the Mega form ends.
