I recommend disabling block collision (and NPCBlockSide) for Bloopers. They don't collide with blocks either in SMM.

I recommend shorten their travel distance exactly in half (in SMM they move 2 blocks, while in SMBX it's almost 4!)
3. Bloopers are supposed to hit the player if they don't duck (doesn't apply to small mario, of course).

4. In SMM Bloopers occasionally won't chase the player and will move keep away from them. This is completely random (50% chance I guess). I recommend implementing this in SMBX as well as NPCs that actively (and accurately) chase the players are not good.

5. I'd like to suggest to leave enabled "Out of Water" by default (when selecting the Blooper in the editor).
