You is agreed that in that link I affirm that only when the player is non-dwarf and enters the clown-car(of that level of that link)(npc-217) the problem exist.
But it turns out that when the player(non-dwarf to observe it) enters the clown-car when he is ground-pounding(without hitting the top of the npc) and after hitting the ground, the problems indicated by asterisks DOESN'T occur(in the link mentioned)
Could there be an internal variable that controls that, it is correct when the player is dwarf, but not when he is big?
(In order not to collide with the top of the npc uncheck PlayerBlockTop npc-code of the npc-217(to dont collide with top npc) and then make ground pound near the top of the npc and be able to test). In that image gif(spoiler) I make ground pound near the top, and when I hit the ground I can move well, if you read the problems I would not move well but as if I were in a liquid of moving sand(error).
