2-In smbx 1.3 Ludwig von Koopa shoot 3 fireballs before walking and jumping, when the player his him once he shoots 4 fireballs before walking and jumping and when the player hit him twice he shoots 5 fireballs and jump in this shell immediately without walking, but in smbx 1.4.5 Ludwig von Koopa always shoots 3 or 4 fireballs then walk and jump in his shell, it doesn't matter how much the player hit him.
