2 Fence Bugs(Number 1 fixed Patch 29)

1-In smbx 1.3 when the player hits a npc while climbing the Fence and pressing "Down" key he is able to stay climbing in the Fence, but in smbx 1.4.5 he will fall immediately from the Fence after hitting an npc:
