Bug with NPC event liquid and NPC generators (Fixed Patch 28)

So i have this event. Basiclly it should add +1 to the value of the variable.

Well, this is what i made.

Its supposed that every time one shell touch the area the variable "goals" should add 1 (ignore other variables)
But it does'nt
