Bullet Bill Cannon Acting(Fixed Patch 27)
In SMBX 1.3.0.1 the Bullet Bill Cannon shoot the Bullet Bill as soon as the cannon is on the screen, but in SMBX 38a it take a longer time to shoot which makes it easier to avoid.
