Mario/Luigi doesn't get a Mushroom in their Item Box if "PowerUpSystem.Init(SMB3)" Special Event is enabled.

I think 38A intended it to happen like NSMBDS/NSMB2, if you compare those games to this one, this SMB3 system is the same system used in the NSMB series
So, i don't think this is a bug
