FrozenTimer bugs + description errors (FIXED IN PATCH 25)

Although the FrozenTimer flag for NPCs works as its supposed to, once the enemy has been frozen and unfrozen at least once, trying to freeze the enemy again won't work anymore, resulting in only one frame of it being frozen. (FIXED)

Also, perhaps not a bug, but some NPC AIs (Angry Sun, Bowser, Ludwig, etc.) completely reset if frozen then unfrozen. This is very frustrating for bosses that are supposed to take damage from ice, but not be frozen. Could you make it so the noiceball flag only prevents the NPC from being frozen, and the iceballdamage only solely determine the damage, like it did in 1.4.4? (FIXED IN PATCH 25, Instant value available for frozentimer, disabling the freezing but still allowing the NPC to take damage.)

There's also a huge oversight with the ShoeHurt and YoshiHurt flag descriptions. They state that the player will get hurt when they step on the NPC with the mount if checked. However, it works somewhat differently, being the NPC getting hurt by the Shoe/Yoshi. Perhaps I could fix this considering this is related to the language configuration, but I thought I'd mention it since it's been around since 1.4.4. (FIXED)
