Smbx 1.4.5: thwomp problem 2

1) When the player spins on a thwomp(.ysp<>0) it only works if I press and hold the spinjump button.
(or it will be a matter of speed but it don't fail release if I don't release the button)
2) This image says it all: thwomp is allowed to down but not up in this case(image gif).
conflict/evaluating: thwomp can pass walls when up in SMBX1.3.
