Smbx 1.4.5: Flashing scroll bars(fixed path 17)

(It only happens in this case)
If you have activated maximum level windows (windows style) in the settings editor and if you drag a window (like the one in npc) near the left edge (just a little together as the video shows) the scroll bars flash.
